A signature prevention and empowerment initiative delivered first through Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS).

Program Focus:

• Suicide awareness and prevention

• Emotional literacy and peer accountability

• Breaking stigma around mental health

• Encouraging help-seeking behaviors

Delivery Methods:

• School assemblies (45–60 minutes)

• Small-group workshops (60–90 minutes)

• Peer leadership discussions

• Resource distribution (hotline cards, QR codes, wristbands)

• Recognizing warning signs

• How to check on peers effectively

• How to ask for help

• How to help a friend in crisis

• Introduction to local and national resources
