On June 19, 2025 — Juneteenth — our community experienced an immeasurable loss with the passing of Maxumus Isaiah Fraser.
Max was known for his compassion, generosity, humor, and ability to uplift others, even while carrying his own battles. His life was marked by encouragement, quiet strength, and love for people.
The To The Max Foundation exists not to define Max by tragedy, but by transformation.
Why We Exist
Why We Exist
Too many young people suffer in silence.
Too many “strong friends” are never checked on.
Too many families don’t know where to turn.
This foundation turns loss into purpose — and purpose into action.
The To The Max Foundation Inc is established as a Religious Charitable Corporation under Maryland law and is pursuing 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
Until independent status is finalized, the Foundation operates under the nonprofit covering of Revival Church – Baltimore, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance.
