The Board of Trustees serves as the governing body of the Foundation. Trustees are responsible for fiduciary oversight, strategic direction, and safeguarding the mission and legacy of Maxumus Isaiah Fraser.
Board members provide guidance, accountability, and long-term vision, ensuring that all programs, finances, and partnerships align with the Foundation’s purpose and core values.

The Executive Leadership Team is responsible for the daily operations and implementation of the Foundation’s programs and initiatives. This team manages administration, finances, partnerships, and program execution while working closely with the Board of Trustees.
The Executive Leadership Team ensures that the Foundation’s mission is carried out with excellence, care, and consistency.

Together, the Board of Trustees and Executive Leadership Team are committed to honoring Max’s legacy by serving with compassion, accountability, and purpose — ensuring that every decision supports the Foundation’s mission to help young people live, heal, and grow To the Max.
To support effective governance and program execution, the To The Max Foundation operates through standing committees that provide focused leadership and oversight in key areas of the organization.
Committee members include Trustees, Executive Leadership members, and qualified volunteers, as needed.
Finance Committee
Oversees financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, and fiscal accountability.
Programs Committee
Guides the development, implementation, and evaluation of all Foundation programs, including school-based initiatives and community projects.
Outreach & School Partnerships Committee
Builds and maintains relationships with schools, churches, and community organizations to expand program reach and impact.
Events & Fundraising Committee
Plans and executes fundraising initiatives, community events, and the annual To The Max Day celebration.
Scholarship Committee
Reviews applications and awards scholarships based on leadership, resilience, service, and commitment to growth.
To The Max Day Committee
Coordinates all planning and execution of the annual legacy festival honoring Max’s life.
Corporate & Faith-Based Partnerships Committee
Develops sponsorships and partnerships aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.
