Suicide awareness and prevention
Emotional literacy and peer accountability
Breaking stigma around mental health
Encouraging help-seeking behaviors

School assemblies (45–60 minutes)
Small-group workshops (60–90 minutes)
Peer leadership discussions
Resource distribution (hotline cards, QR codes, wristbands)
